These earrings are see-through balls filled with little gems of varying colours, sizes and textures. They are so mersmerising to look at, because they look different at different angles - turn or shake them, and the little gems inside move.

Red and gold make a striking combination. Not only is it visually dramatic, it is also symbolic. To me, it speaks of Jesus' blood (red) that washes us of our sins and makes us heirs of the Father's riches (gold). What a transformation into royalty!
The Lanyard-cum-Necklace is an original design that is inspired by my working days. So one of the first things I HAD to make when I started this crafty business was a lanyard that acted as a piece of jewellery. Not just a pretty lanyard. The Lanyard Necklace had to:
It was love at first sight. I wasn't even looking for any new jewellery for myself. I was simply shopping for parts for a custom order, when out of the corner of my eyes, I saw... THIS. The stunning colour nearly took my breath away. What I can only describe as a sea-green colour, reminiscent of a beach holiday with crystal-clear waters which are teeming with corals and fish. The way the Swarovski crystals reflect the light is just like the depths of the ocean. This is because the crystal has facets all around for extreme shine. I immediately fell in love. Unable to take my eyes off these crystals, I bought a pair for myself. To cut a long story short, I made this: Leverback hooks make the earrings secure, and they are also easy to snap open and shut. Somehow, the sea-green just evokes an old-world charm for me, so I set them in brass for a vintage look. Pre-order is available at this link. Or visit our Etsy shop. You might also like:
For a while now, I've been drawn to raw, unpolished gemstones. Is it because I feel just as rough and unpolished?
The Fluorite stones I selected are a lovely purple tone, almost like Amethyst. The gemstones are paired with gold brass chain, to add a touch of class. The rainbow has always been a source of wonder and more. It is a symbol that the storm is over and calm is restored.
The rainbow is also a visible reminder of God's promise to Noah, that the four seasons will always continue, and that a flood will never destroy all life on earth. With Good Friday approaching, I've been thinking about grace. Actually, I should think about grace more often. For it is by grace that I can enjoy the little blessings that each day brings. So I'm wearing a newGracia bracelet. The new Gracia is shinier and fancier, with the addition of rhinestones, beadcaps and charms. It is still based on the number five, which represents divine grace. Choose two pearl colours, one of which to highlight using beadcaps and charms. The Angeline bracelet just got shinier this festive season. The New Angeline bracelet uses all Swarovski Crystal Pearls, and retains the classic colour scheme of Angeline's Rose and Cream, but has more rhinestones to make you sparkle.
That's more bling for your buck, another reason to rejoice this new year. The charms on these bracelets tell the Christmas story. Why should the spirit of Christmas be alive only one day a year? Carry the spirit of Christmas always - remember the King, follow the star towards Jesus, and sing praises like the angel. Smaller hands might prefer the two-charm bracelet, which has the star as a clasp. Larger hands can afford three charms, and keeping the clasp simple. Either way, the bracelets' lengths are customisable. Materials: Metal base
Measurements: 150 mm (l) for Three-charm bracelet; 170 mm (l) for Two-charm bracelet Retail price: $12.00 for Three-charm bracelet; $10.00 for Two-charm bracelet |
